I ordered a new chef knife for my husband for Christmas and Paul, the owner and craftsman of the knives worked with me to customize an awesome product!! He lets you choose the handle material and will work with you regarding the design. He created a high carbon blade that runs through the handle. The handle came out gorgeous!!! And the blade is wicked sharp!!!! Oh, and even with the crazy shipping issues that were happening in December, my knife got delivered before Christmas!!! Thank you so much for a beautiful chef knife!!! I 100% recommend working with Paul and ordering a custom knife for yourself or the chef in your life!!!
